The Power of W.O.R.D.S.

If you knew me as a child or kid, you might have thought I was Bossy; however, it was my passion to be my best, like being on the principles plaque and leading a team, like Pure Innocence; I had passion to make a positive change in this world, like sharing thoughts, ideas and Words in school speeches. Although, I must be honest, pubic speaking is not my strong-suit.

If you know me as an adult, you might think or still think I am Bossy, maybe even Arrogant because passion still burns in my soul and blood to be the best me, to continuously improve; passion still burns in my soul and blood to lead by example because I am still crazy enough to dream that I can effect positive changes in this world. Leaving this world a better place than I found it is one of many core values in my reality. Never Underestimate The Power of Soul…

I’ve met many humans on this journey who has loved me, guided me and inspired me by example. My husband was both a positive source and a thorn to me simultaneously. Hands down, his positive energy out weighed the thorns. His fearless character gave me comfort; his magnetic personality inspired me to be free spirited; his honesty inspired me to remain authentic. His Love was and still is the bridge to many humans.. Never Underestimate The Power of Leading By Example…

On departure earlier this year, someone said to me, “I see manager skills.” I don’t believe this individual realized the connection of those Words to my soul and mind because I have demonstrated those Words reign true. During this conversation, he reminded me timing is of essences that there are windows of time I should consider given my circumstance. Although that piece of advise didn’t seem to fit at that time, I am now seeing the connection and applicability of that piece of advise, at least in this reality. Aside from his advise, what I admire most about him was his eloquent speech and calmness, yet he was still quite influential. I used to wonder how he achieved calmness in the mist of challenges, at times even in kayoss… Never Underestimate The Power of Wisdom …

I was training on the job in the field with one of the managers. During this training, the manager shared with me her journey to the United States from her native country and how she became a manager. She came to the United States by herself with the clothes on her back and shoes on her feet. She persevered through not understanding, and speaking an ounce of English and discrimination.  Her first job was with this organization 20 years ago when she began as a crew member and eventually worked her way up from crew member to lead, from lead to shift manager and from shift manager to manager all while learning a new language and assimilating to a new culture.  Her enthusiasm. and determination was unwavering and contagious. I’ve never met anyone so determined and passionate about making it in the United States…  Never Underestimate the Power of Resilience…

“You have enemies? Good. That means you’ve stood up for something, sometime in your life.” – Winston Churchill

Bossy and/or arrogant is how I may be perceived as said above, but “Strength is the courage to stand up for integrity, even if it means standing alone”. Originality consumes me to lead and guide, not to follow. Always do you and be you while continuously improving, nothing more or less. Originality is what makes us Unique. We are perfectly imperfect.  Never Underestimate The Power of Originality…
